This a fantastic opportunity to join an international manufacturing business, due to an internal promotion we are now exclusively hiring for a Global HR Project Manager.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

As the HR Project Manager, you will lead and manage the implementation of global HR projects, such as new HR systems, policies, or initiatives. This involves setting project goals, developing project plans, and managing the project’s timeline, resources, and budget.

You will have the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools is essential.

Having a full understanding of global HR practices and laws is important, as the manager will need to navigate diverse cultural, legal, and business environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for communicating with stakeholders at various levels and in various locations. This includes the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Experienced in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across different regions and cultures is crucial. This includes negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to influence others.

The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions is crucial. This includes the ability to monitor project progress, evaluate effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.

Having an understanding and respecting different cultures and being able to operate effectively across various cultural contexts, is crucial in a global role.

 

Essential Experience

  • You will need Level 5 CIPD or above.
  • Experience working in an International Manufacturing business, 3 years +
  • Able to commute into the office one day a week.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with HR technologies.
  • Other languages including any of the following: French, German, Italian, or Dutch will be advantageous.
