Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of HVAC solutions and industrial engineering? We are looking for a Key Client Manager to join our team in the North of England (M62 Corridor).

Our company is a leading manufacturer of air handling systems, airflow control systems, and heat recovery solutions for the commercial and industrial sectorsThis is your perfect role if you’re passionate about sales leadership, developing new business opportunities, and building lasting client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

This pivotal role requires a highly career-oriented individual ready to take the next step up the career ladder. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Sales and account development of new and existing customers or regions. You will demonstrate expertise in Industrial/HVAC solutions sales, possess strong sales skills, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Focusing on Industrial/Commerical client applications

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management
    • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities in the HVAC market, including key consultants and commercial accounts.
  • Sales Leadership
    • Lead by example to achieve sales targets, set clear KPIs, and motivate the sales team to reach their potential
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Market Expansion
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and increase sales within new and existing territories.

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the HVAC industry or similar technical fields (air handling, airflow control, heat recovery).
  • In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC solutions to understand and address customer needs.
  • Proven success in account management and business development.
  • Strong experience with sales performance metrics and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships and present complex solutions.

Qualifications & Expereince 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven track record in sales within the industrial engineering sector or related industries.
  • CRM proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset and the ability to drive long-term sales growth.
