Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (North or South)

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000

We are working exclusively with a global organisation that is now looking for a sales-focused and customer-driven individual with experience in industrial dust/fume extraction services and equipment, air handling or similar industry experience.
Due to growth, my client is now looking to hire two experienced Regional Sales Managers to cover the North and South of the UK.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will either cover the North or South of the UK.
- You will be responsible for the increase in sales/profit.
- Grow and nature existing accounts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance to the Sales Director.
- Contribute to developing marketing and sales plans.
- Update CRM system.
- Report and update the Sales Director
Essential Experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience and a proven track record in partnering with customers in a regional sales role, specifically involved in the sale of technically engineered products, solutions, and services.
- Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the HVAC, LEV, Dust & Air Filtration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude in a sales process.
- Resilience, and determination, in the ability to convert sales enquiries into deals.
- A consultative approach to sales and be focused on building long-term relationships
- Previous experience in technical sales
- Previous industry experience.
- Desirable to be a Member of ILEVE – Institute of Local Exhaust Ventilation Engineers.
- A full UK Driving licence.
