About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team, specialising in Air Handling Units (AHU). The successful candidate will play a critical role in achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position involves technical support, strategic sales planning, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Your Focus:
Client Engagement and Support

Solicit client enquiries, provide technical support, and create quotations tailored to client requirements
Order Management
- Negotiate orders, ensuring clean order packages are transmitted to head office, with consideration of contract risks, including terms and conditions, customer creditworthiness, and framework agreements.
Collaboration

Work closely with the AHU UK Sales Manager to implement personal and company-wide sales strategies.
CRM Management
- Maintain Salesforce CRM for allocated accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reliable sales forecasting
Client Interaction

Attend meetings at customer premises and company offices, as well as host and attend Customer Witness Tests at company factories, including European locations, when necessary.
Marketing and Networking
- Arrange client-focused marketing and networking opportunities, including CPD presentations.
Account Management
- Service existing accounts, secure orders, and establish new accounts through strategic planning and organisation of daily work schedules.
Competitor Analysis
- Provide feedback on competitor pricing, products, delivery schedules, and techniques to inform marketing strategies.
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend changes to products, services, and policies based on evaluation of results and market developments.
Problem Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, develop solutions, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to management.
Professional Development
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
Team Contribution:
- Support team efforts by achieving related results and undertaking additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Experience
What you bring:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or technical engineering industry.
- Strong negotiation, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
- Ability to provide technical support and develop client-focused solutions.
- Willingness to travel, including internationally, as required.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
