Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the Account Management team—overseeing onboarding, development, performance reviews, and day-to-day leadership.

Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to exceed business targets.

Set individual and team goals, track performance, and drive accountability.

Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM optimisation.

Manage a portfolio of strategic customers: quoting, contracting, order tracking, resolving issues, and driving growth.

Champion customer satisfaction by fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication and fast, effective solutions.

Ensure contract compliance, avoiding penalties and protecting company reputation.

Collaborate with Business Development to unlock new opportunities and expand market share.

Continuously seek process improvements, efficiency gains, and smarter ways of working.

Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and integrity at all times.
Essential Experience

Proven success managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

Strong knowledge of aerospace fasteners or similar technical products, and the industries they serve.

Familiarity with Aerospace OEMs, quality certifications, and industry standards.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.

Confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
