Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Account Management team, overseeing onboarding, development, performance reviews, and day-to-day leadership.
- Design and execute forward-looking sales strategies to exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Set clear individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Direct daily sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM optimisation.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, handling quoting, contracting, order tracking, issue resolution, and growth initiatives.
- Drive customer satisfaction by building long-term partnerships through proactive communication and timely, effective solutions.
Essential Experience

Demonstrated success in managing, developing, and motivating high-performing sales teams.

In-depth knowledge of aerospace fasteners or comparable technical products, and the industries they support.

Strong understanding of aerospace OEMs, quality certifications, and industry standards.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
