Job purpose

 Provide technical support to the sales, especially for Central and Northern Europe.

• Guarantee the achievement of the order in terms of timing, safety, costs and quality, as well as Client satisfaction.
• Provide marketing support for the creation of presentations on specific products and technologies for the following countries

Main responsibilities

• Receive, check and approve the order’s document drafted by Sales Administration.
• Verify and take responsibility for the order budget for construction costs.
• Take responsibility for the project plan and track its progress.
• Draw up the system assembly Gantt and share it with the Site Manager.
• Support the Service manager in defining the corrective action to execute on technical and production aspects related to the order and, if necessary, redefine the timing of the order plan.
• Define the assembly plan, supervise the delivery of components to the Construction site and the progress of the assembly.
• In agreement with the Service and Project Management Manager, establish dates, economic and human resources necessary to meet the expected budget for the assembly.
• Visit periodically the Site to monitor the activities, to verify efficiency and to maintain a relationship with the Client. The frequency of the visits will be related to the criticality of the Project/Client/Site.
• Draft and deliver the operating budget to the Service Administration for the creation of the Service Orders.
• Be in charge of the implementation of all aspects related to site safety (having participated in the approval of the operational safety plan) in order to highlight the risks of the specific activity.
• Detect or collect information on assembly problems on site and, interfacing with the Service and Project Management manager and the technical office, take action to solve them.
• Be responsible for verifying compliance of the order with the project requirements to draft the compliance report.
• Be responsible for signing the commissioning declaration of the plant and all the related documentation.
• Support the Service Manager and the Management Control for the analysis of the order costs.
• Manage the maintenance activities (for fault or scheduled) at the Client/Assigned areas.

• Availability to Travel.
• Understanding mechanical and electrical drawing, knowledge of the most common 3D tools.
• Familiarity with management systems (preferably SAP).
• Knowledge of CAD – DraftSight.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Project.
• Good level of knowledge of English and German (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of asphalt plants.
• Engineering degree (preferably).
