Location: UK - Remote - European Travel
Salary: £160,000 to £200,000
Our client is a global leader in fastening solutions and distribution. Serving Aerospace, Defence, and Aviation industries, the company delivers engineered products designed for seamless integration into high-performance manufacturing processes. With strong growth ambitions, the business is now seeking a Vice President of Sales Europe to drive its commercial strategy across the region.
As VP of Sales Europe, you will take full ownership of the European sales organisation, setting the strategic direction and driving performance across multiple markets. Working closely with the global leadership team, you will be responsible for accelerating growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and positioning the company as the supplier of choice in Europe.
This is a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility, high visibility, and a direct impact on global growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the European sales team.
- Define and execute the European sales strategy, aligned with global objectives.
- Drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and successful product launches.
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and key partners.
- Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, and customer service.
- Deliver customer-focused service improvements and process excellence.
- Represent the European business at global leadership level.
Essential Experience
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles within Distribution.
- Experience in Aerospace fasteners is highly preferred.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Proven track record in leading international teams and delivering sustained growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- Fluent in English (other European languages a plus).
