You will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, translate them into viable product solutions, and support them through the adoption process. Roles and Responsibilities

Drive business development activities across the sustainable chemistry and packaging sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding both technical requirements and commercial goals.

Support the scale-up of manufacturing processes and assist in transitioning projects from development to production.

Identify new market opportunities and work with the wider team to shape go-to-market strategies.

Act as the primary technical-commercial liaison between customers, manufacturing teams, and R&D.

Deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.

Track and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with agreed business targets.
Essential Experience

Proven track record in technical sales, ideally within sustainable chemistry, advanced materials, or packaging.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical benefits into business value.

Experience working within a scale-up or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Ability to engage credibly with technical teams, R&D, and production staff, as well as commercial stakeholders.
