Job Title: Head of Sales - Dust Filtration
Location: UK / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £90,000 + package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales within the Dust Filtration Industry. The business is looking for a highly motivated individual who will work closely with the senior leadership team developing and growing the territory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out the sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor sales performance with the goal of expanding our company’s market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking over an existing sales pipeline and generating growth
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Grow and develop the Southern Sales region
- Deal with existing clients and cultivate new business
- Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
- Work within the existing KPI framework
- Support other team members
- Work closely with the Sales Director
Essential Experience
- Technical / Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experince working within the dust filtration industry
- Previous experience in technical sales
- 5+ Years on the road sales expereince
- Full clean driving license
