We are partnering on a confidential basis with a high-growth, investor-backed business undergoing rapid commercial expansion.

Having scaled successfully to ~$100m revenue, the company is now entering a critical phase of growth and is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to build the infrastructure required to scale to $200m+.

This is not a “manage what exists” role. This is a build, optimise, and scale mandate.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for creating a repeatable, predictable, and scalable revenue engine.
  • Designing and implementing a structured, data-led sales architecture
  • Building repeatable processes, playbooks, and forecasting discipline
  • Leading and scaling a team of high-performing Account Executives
  • Driving new business acquisition and revenue expansion strategies
  • Implementing performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
  • Aligning sales with marketing, operations, and customer experience
  • Embedding a high-performance, execution-focused culture
  • You will bring clarity, structure, and commercial rigour to a fast-moving environment.

Essential Experience

We are explicitly seeking individuals from high-growth, tech-enabled environments who have built and scaled commercial functions.

You will likely have:

  • A proven track record of scaling revenue from $30m–$50m to $150m–$200m+
  • Experience within SaaS, tech, or high-growth, data-driven businesses
  • A strong track record of implementing repeatable sales systems and frameworks
  • Experience leading teams of 10+ sales professionals
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically

Industry background is less important than your ability to build a scalable revenue engine.
